Rates - All rates are nett in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservation requests will be replied within 48 hous (With or without confirmation from the hoteliers or airline staff)

Payment schedule - Room guaranteed requires after the booking is confirmed.

Payment method - The credit card such as Amex, Diners, Visa, Mastercard or JCB are accepted for room guranteed as well as for full payment at the check-in counter.

Payment Currency - All payments are converted to Thai Baht (depend on the exchange rate).

Cancellation - For cancellation of confirmed arrangement/payment , a cancellation fee will be charged as follow :

For a booking of 1-3 rooms, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise first night will be charged. No refund for group cancellation.

Check out time - Check out time is at noon. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk. The additional charge from noon to 6.00 p.m. will be on day use basis and after 6.00 p.m. will be full rate.

Taxes/Service charge - All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and government tax.

Required travel documents - Valid passport not less than 6 months.

- Citizens of most countries do not require visa for stay up to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand.
